When Mary married her husband many years ago, she had some problems with her eyesight but was able to go for odd jobs. As their family grew to have three beautiful children she still continued to work when she could. Unfortunately, her vision problems worsened and her sight faded away. Her husband left her and their three children four years ago. Since then their living conditions have deteriorated rapidly.
Her eldest son, Babi, left studies after 12 grade and is the only support for the family. He works at a gas station and struggles to feed his mother and younger siblings. Sreya, the 12 years old daughter, has inherited her mother’s eye problems as well as some other medical conditions that require medications the family often cannot afford.
The family is living in a rental house where they are under constant pressure of eviction as they are often late in paying their monthly rent.
This family really needs a sponsor who is willing to help supplement their meager earnings. It would lighten the load on Babi, allow better medical care for Mary and Sreya, and help put daily food on the table for all four of them.
