Aryalal is a poor young mother in need of support. While she was studying civil engineering in school, she met Francis in one of her classes and they fell in love. They married and began a happy life together. They had a son, Ishan, who was the joy of their life. Francis was from a fishing family and he provided for his wife and son by fishing or any other work he could find.
In 2023, while fishing with four others, he was involved in a tragic accident. When he jumped into the sea to set up the net which the fishermen used to catch fish, he was caught up in a strong current and overcome. His co-workers searched for him in vain. His body was found six days later.
Aryalal was devastated by the tragic death of Francis. His family abandoned her and her son. She returned to live with her father and two brothers temporarily (her mother died when Aryalal was 15). This is only temporary until her brothers marry. Aryalal will then be expected to live on her own with her son.
Ishan is just starting kindergarten. Aryalal is overwhelmed with both the losss of her husband and the task of supporting herself and Issac on her own. If someone is willing to sponsor Aryalal, their monthly support would be a true blessing to this young mother and her child. It would give her hope for their future.
